This Privacy Policy explains how Grid AI Labs, Inc. ("Grid," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information about you when you visit our website at grid.re and any related subdomains and pages (the "Site"), or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Site.

This Policy covers our marketing website. Personal information we process on behalf of our business customers when providing the Grid platform is governed by the applicable Services Agreement and, where we act as a service provider or processor, is handled according to that agreement rather than this Policy.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. We collect information you submit through the Site, such as when you request a demo, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or content, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any information contained in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as marketing and lead-enrichment providers, analytics providers, event or webinar platforms, and social or professional networks (for example, when you engage with our content or ads).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit it.

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA): identifiers (such as name, email, and IP address); commercial and professional information (such as company, job title, and inquiry details); and internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing and interaction data). We collect this information for the purposes described in Section 2 and may disclose it to the categories of recipients described in Section 4.

How to exercise your rights. You may submit a request by contacting us at hello@grid.re. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required. We will verify your request as required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
